The Nutrition Recommendation module works with the HMS1000 Body Composition and Exercise modules to produce effective nutrition recommendations for a variety of weight loss, weight gain and maintenance programs.

Caloric requirements are calculated based on Lean Body Mass, current physical activity and exercise levels. Computer generated recommendations may be modified to fit any program, including caloric requirements, and percentages of protein, carbohydrates and fat.
